  • b. Software performance may vary depending on system compatibility, user environment, internet connection, and third-party services.
  • c. AI-generated outputs (text, images, or social media posts) are subjective and based on user input. KodexCreators is not liable for dissatisfaction with results.
  • d. Users are solely responsible for verifying and reviewing all generated content before publishing or using it commercially.

Product Information and Pricing

  • a. We strive to provide accurate descriptions, images, and pricing of all products and services. However, we do not guarantee completeness or error-free listings.
  • b. Prices may change at any time without notice.
  • c. Discounts, promotions, and offers are valid for the time period specified.

Orders, Payments & Billing

  • a. By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product or service.
  • b. KodexCreators reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders for reasons including but not limited to pricing errors, product availability, fraudulent behavior, or misuse of our services.
  • c. You must provide valid payment details and authorize us to charge the full amount, including applicable taxes or processing fees.
  • d. Payments are securely processed through trusted third-party payment gateways. KodexCreators do not store or have access to your full payment details.

Digital Delivery, Software Access & Project Timelines

  • a. Digital products, downloads, and account-based tools are delivered instantly or within the time window specified at purchase.
  • b. Custom software, web development, and mobile app projects follow agreed timelines, which may be influenced by client responsiveness, change requests, or technical requirements.
  • c. Delays caused by the client (e.g., slow feedback, missing materials) extend project deadlines without penalty to KodexCreators.

Returns, Refunds & Non-Returnable Items

  • a. Digital products, AI tools, automation services, online access, downloadable software, and generated content are non-refundable and non-returnable once delivered.
  • b. For custom software or service-based projects, refunds are not issued after development work has begun.
  • c. IoT devices or physical items may be eligible for returns under limited conditions; please refer to our Refund Policy.
  • d. For technical issues, we will attempt to fix, replace, or regenerate content before considering any refund request.
  • e. “Not liking the output,” “change of mind,” or “unsatisfactory creative result” does not qualify for a refund.

Intellectual Property Rights

  • d. For technical issues, we will attempt to fix, replace, or regenerate content before considering any refund request.
  • e. “Not liking the output,” “change of mind,” or “unsatisfactory creative result” does not qualify for a refund.

User Responsibilities

  • b. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of generated content does not violate copyright or platform policies.
  • c. KodexCreators is not responsible for legal consequences arising from misuse of our tools or outputs.

Limitation of Liability

  • a. KodexCreators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

  • reliance on AI-generated content
  • software incompatibilities
  • third-party integrations
  • lost profits, data, or business opportunities
  • b. For SaaS Products & Digital Tools:

Our SaaS tools and automation platforms are built using industry best practices and global standards. Performance may vary depending on user input or external systems, but all products meet our internal quality requirements at the time of delivery.

  • c. For Custom Software & Client Services:

Custom software and services are engineered according to each client’s approved requirements using structured research, planning, and development processes. All delivered solutions meet modern industry standards and agreed specifications; however, KodexCreators is not liable for outcomes outside the defined scope or for misuse of the product.

IoT Products (If Applicable)

  • a. IoT devices may require an internet connection, mobile app, or cloud integration to function properly.
  • b. KodexCreators is not responsible for performance issues caused by the user's network or third-party services.
  • c. Firmware or software updates may be required for optimal function.

Third-Party Services & Integrations

  • a. Some tools or services may integrate with platforms such as Google, Meta, OpenAI, or third-party APIs.
  • b. KodexCreators is not responsible for changes, downtime, or limitations imposed by these external providers.

Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts that violate our policies, misuse our software, or engage in fraud, abuse, or harmful activities.
